Justin Kress - Sales and Relationship Building

Justin Kress is the founder and CEO of Just-In Home Care. After 15 years in B2B sales, he established the company to serve the aging population of Harford and Baltimore Counties. Drawing on his experience in professional selling and account management, Justin launched Just-In Home Care in May 2023, serving the first client in Phoenix, Maryland. By 2026, he leads a team of 90 employees, provides approximately 9,000 hours of care each month, and plans to expand to additional states. "I left corporate America to create corporate America."
 
Justin will present on building customer relationships and fostering trust and loyalty through essential interpersonal skills. He will share the strategies that contributed to his success and explain how you can apply these skills when working with your team and customers.

Kris Weygant - Mindset Coaching

Kris is a certified life coach, serial entrepreneur, and leader with experience across multiple government teams and projects. He is passionate about helping others navigate their own Hero's Journey. He offers practical tools to strengthen your mindset, sustain your passion, and build resilience for the weeks, months, and years ahead.
He is a former Toastmaster with extensive public speaking experience and has 25 years of federal service leading teams within the Army's federal sector. He holds a bachelor's degree in physics, a master's degree in operations research, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has a background in data science. He has dedicated his career to guiding people and processes to success. His personal mission is "To change the world by inspiring people, shifting mindsets, and solving problems." - Shift Happens
