Remarks

"I'd like to thank my late big brother, Steve Thune, for introducing me to the game and letting me hang around and learn from the older guys, making me a better ball player. I had great coaching as a little leaguer and Babe Ruth in Vienna."

"I walked away from the game at 15 for other activities such as dirt bike riding, water skiing, and many other things. I played softball for many years, but always loved the game of baseball and missed it. At 29 years old, I heard about MSBL, and a few friends put a team together. This is one of the best things that has ever happened to me, all these years later, and 14 national championships in Florida and Arizona, playing at Cooperstown's Double Day Field, Puerto Rico, and many tourneys all over the country. It has been a great ride so far."
