The Baltimore Urban Baseball Association is a Baltimore-based nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through baseball and softball. Founded with a mission to increase opportunities for youth in underserved communities, BUBA uses sports as a vehicle for mentorship, leadership development, academic enrichment, character building, and community empowerment. Through free or low-cost programming, training, and educational support, BUBA creates pathways for young athletes to grow both on and off the field.

The League of Futures is a collaborative initiative designed to create meaningful opportunities for young athletes through baseball, mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement. Organized through the partnership of Baseball 4 Causes (B4C) and the Baltimore Urban Baseball Association (BUBA), the program aims to bring together players, coaches, mentors, and community leaders for impactful experiences both on and off the field. More than just a baseball event, the League of Futures is focused on inspiring the next generation through teamwork, exposure, education, and personal growth while using the game as a platform to build stronger futures and stronger communities.
